Layout of new copper Cleaning the cores with muriatic acid Punching holes, they were center punched prior to help with alignment

After folding Smaller cores were fit into the originals approximatly 3/4" then soldered but I forgot to take a picture prior to fitting my new piece and I wasn't going to line up 75 cores again Don't underestimate cleaning first, and having a new contianer of flux.

If this was a pressurized system the RTV wouldn't work, but I think it will be fine. Seeing if it will hold water again.
